  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or return instructions.

  1. Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.

  1. Unopened & Unused Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • Opened ink or toner cartridges
  • Used printers or accessories
  • Items showing physical damage not caused during shipping
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if specified on the product page)
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@smartinkcare.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item back using the method outlined in the return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  1. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges may be granted if you received a defective or incorrect item.
For all other situations, you may request a return and place a new order.

  1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  1. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Please verify the shipping address
  • Check with household members or building management
  • Contact the courier for delivery details

If you still cannot locate the package, email us and we will assist based on courier investigation outcomes.

  1. Special Conditions for Printer Returns

Printers may only be returned if:

  • The box is unopened, or
  • The item is defective on arrival (must be reported within 7 days)

Devices showing user-caused damage, misuse, or incorrect setup are not eligible for return.
