- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or return instructions.
- Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue.
- Unopened & Unused Items
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:
- Opened ink or toner cartridges
- Used printers or accessories
- Items showing physical damage not caused during shipping
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if specified on the product page)
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@smartinkcare.com with your order number.
- Our team will provide instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.
- Ship the item back using the method outlined in the return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
Exchanges may be granted if you received a defective or incorrect item.
For all other situations, you may request a return and place a new order.
- Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Please verify the shipping address
- Check with household members or building management
- Contact the courier for delivery details
If you still cannot locate the package, email us and we will assist based on courier investigation outcomes.
- Special Conditions for Printer Returns
Printers may only be returned if:
- The box is unopened, or
- The item is defective on arrival (must be reported within 7 days)
Devices showing user-caused damage, misuse, or incorrect setup are not eligible for return.
